1 Service Provider Details

2 Platform Description

musicmarketing.hu is a music influencer challenge platform connecting musicians, labels (clients) and influencers, creators. The platform enables:

• Clients: launching TikTok and Instagram Reels challenges, reviewing submitted videos, and selecting winners
• Influencers: joining challenges, submitting videos, and earning prize money

Use of the platform requires acceptance of these Terms, which the user acknowledges and agrees to upon registration.

3 Registration and Account

Full use of the platform requires registration. During registration, users must:

• Provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information
• Keep their password and account credentials confidential
• Be at least 16 years old
• Report any unauthorised use of their account to customer support immediately

LoveStyle Records Ltd. accepts no liability for damages resulting from improper handling of credentials.

4 Challenges and Prizes

Influencers may submit videos to challenges posted by clients. The following rules apply to prizes:

• Minimum prize: €50/winner
• The platform charges a 20% service fee on the prize pool (e.g. for a €250 prize pool, the total payable is €300)
• Payouts are processed via Stripe Connect to the influencer's connected Stripe account
• The default challenge duration is 14 days
• Winners are selected by the client based on creativity, view count, and engagement
• If no submissions are received, the client may request a refund of the paid prize pool

5 Content and Intellectual Property

Users retain intellectual property rights over uploaded content (cover images, video links, text). By using the platform, users grant LoveStyle Records Ltd. a non-exclusive licence to display and store content within the platform.

The following are prohibited on the platform:

• Publishing unlawful, deceptive, violent or obscene content
• Infringing the rights of other users or third parties (particularly copyright)
• Distributing spam, malware or misleading information
• Abusive automated use of the platform

6 Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided on an "as-is" basis, without any express or implied warranties. LoveStyle Records Ltd.:

• Does not guarantee continuous, error-free operation of the platform
• Is not liable for content published by users
• Limits its liability to the amount actually paid by the user in the relevant month
• Is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages

7 Account Suspension and Termination

LoveStyle Records Ltd. is entitled to suspend or permanently delete accounts of users who violate these Terms without prior notice, particularly in cases of abuse, fraud or serious infringement.

Users may request account deletion at any time by emailing hello@musicmarketing.hu. Personal data will be removed from our systems within 30 days of deletion.

8 Amendments

LoveStyle Records Ltd. may amend these Terms at any time. Registered users will be notified of material changes by email at least 15 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

9 Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by Hungarian law. The parties shall first attempt to resolve any disputes through negotiation. If unsuccessful, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent Hungarian courts.

In consumer disputes, the consumer may also refer the matter to the Budapest Arbitration Board (bekeltet.hu).
