2. Platform Description

musicmarketing.hu is a music influencer challenge platform connecting musicians (clients) and influencers (creators). Clients can launch challenges, influencers can create videos for specified songs, and earn prizes.

3. Registration and Account

Registration is required to use the platform. Users must:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information
  • Keep account credentials confidential
  • Be at least 16 years old
  • Immediately report any unauthorized use of the account

4. Challenges and Prizes

Influencers submit videos to challenges posted by clients. The minimum prize is €50/winner. The platform charges a 20% service fee on the prize pool. Payments are processed via Stripe Connect. LoveStyle Records Ltd. reserves the right to moderate or remove challenges that violate community guidelines.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

Users retain ownership of their uploaded content. By using the platform, users grant LoveStyle Records Ltd. a licence to display the content within the platform. Publishing unlawful, deceptive, violent, or rights-infringing content is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided "as is" without any warranties. LoveStyle Records Ltd.'s liability is limited to the amount paid in the relevant month. The platform is not liable for content published by users.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

LoveStyle Records Ltd. reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms. Users may delete their account at any time via customer support. Upon deletion, data will be removed within 30 days.

8. Amendments

LoveStyle Records Ltd. may amend these Terms. Users will be notified of material changes by email. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the amendments.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Hungarian law. Disputes between the parties shall be resolved by Hungarian courts.

2. Data Collected

We process the following personal data when you use the platform:

  • At registration: name, email address, account type (client / influencer)
  • When completing profile: TikTok and/or Instagram profile URL
  • When creating a challenge: challenge details, cover image, sound link
  • When submitting: video URL, submission date
  • Technical data: login timestamps, platform usage statistics

Payment data is handled by Stripe; LoveStyle Records Ltd. does not store card details.

3. Purpose of Processing

  • Operating the platform and providing the service
  • Sending transactional emails (registration, challenge notifications, winner notifications)
  • Processing payments and disbursing payouts
  • Platform development and security

We do not sell your personal data to third parties or use it for advertising purposes.

4. Data Storage and Security

Data is securely stored in Google Firebase (Firestore) with industry-standard encryption. Uploaded cover images are stored in Firebase Storage. Emails are sent via the smtp.rackhost.hu server.

5. Cookies

We only use session cookies required for Firebase authentication to maintain your logged-in state. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

6. Third-Party Service Providers

  • Google Firebase — user authentication and database
  • Stripe — secure online payments and payouts
  • Rackhost — transactional email delivery

7. Your GDPR Rights

Users in the EU/EEA have the following rights:

  • Right of access: you may request information about the data we hold about you
  • Right of rectification: you may request correction of inaccurate data
  • Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten"): you may request deletion of your data
  • Right to data portability: you may request your data in machine-readable format
  • Right to object: you may object to the processing of your data

8. Data Retention

For active accounts, data is retained while the account exists. After account deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days. Anonymised statistical data may be retained for service improvement.

9. Children's Privacy

The platform is not directed at persons under 16. If we become aware that we have collected data from such a person, we will delete it immediately.

10. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend this policy. In case of material changes, users will be notified by email.
